With grateful thanks for John's support and encouragement when I went forward to be a Lay Reader from St Luke's, West Norwood. He continued that same support when I went to Rochester Diocese, was eventually deaconed and ordained Priest, amongst those first to do so in 1994. He came to my installation in my first Parish and the start of my role as DDO, in 1997. He has remained in contact ever since. Thank you John for all your prayers. We will meet again.
